There is a special place in Heaven reserved for you. Why? Because my guess is you can’t tell for sure how much money your sponsorship is actually making you. I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s losing you money, but you do it anyway because you know it’s the right thing to do. I, however, am convinced that it doesn’t have to be this way. Nike, Le Crédit Lyonnais, and Budweiser don’t sponsor events for the fun of it, they produce results because they have a plan in place for putting that sponsorship to use.

With any of my services, or any combination of my services, your sponsorship can go from guesswork to metrics and from there, a decision on how to stretch your sponsorship dollars further and produce a return – even for local events or “minor” sports teams and athletes.

Strategic Planning: I’m sure Nike’s marketing department is bigger than your whole company – never mind. By consciously thinking about what you’re trying to accomplish with your sponsorship before the event, we can design a strategy and plan tactics to help you accomplish your goals. I’ll take into account both on and offline techniques and create a plan that includes the best, most effective elements, whether or not they’re “cool”.

Athlete Training: Have you ever sponsored an athlete only to see them disappear until they need something again? Winning is great, but you can maximize other opportunities for athletes to interact with potential customers to even greater effect. My athlete training courses can be delivered in-person or over the Web, to whole teams or one-on-one. I can also provide on-going support to maximize value through injury-plagued seasons or overnight success.
